The project for the operation of the briquette, reduction, and carbide crucible units of the Ravar Steel Plant in Kerman includes carrying out and managing production operations, maintenance and repairs of the plant, supplying spare parts and consumables (MRO), performing production support activities, implementing the 5S system, providing and managing the required workforce, and offering any necessary and related ancillary services for the operation of the Ravar briquette plant. This includes reduction lines (material handling hall, loading and unloading stations, kilns No. 1 and 2, wagons, and related equipment), briquette production lines, the carbide crucible production hall, all industrial facilities and equipment, buildings and their installations, as well as other related facilities and equipment.
